We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

 

UNWORN AND UNDAMAGED

Returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all packaging and tags.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate a return, enter our Return Center.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

EXCLUSIONS:

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above conditions or appear to have been worn or damaged.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with pictures and/or videos to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
